Includes: 1x 90 minute initial appointment, and 1x 30 minute follow up consultation. What the program covers: -Initial appointment to understand your specific goals, current lifestyle and training schedule, medical history, dietary patterns, and preferences. -Nutrition plan with meal/snack suggestions, that align with your training schedule, dietary preferences, and performance goals. -Understand the vital role nutrition plays in your performance. -Discussion around supplementation and hydration. -For a limited time, you will receive a digital high protein recipe book, with carbohydrate options, complete with calorie and marco-nutrient breakdowns.
